Dreamtime Creations Order Policy

Pricing - All prices are in U.S. Currency. We offer several methods for shipping & handling. You can view the options under our shipping policy or view the selection when checking out.

Order Processing Policy - After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was received. The fastest way to get an order is to place it online. If you need assistance or if you have questions, please email us at info@dreamtimecreations.com or call us Monday thru Friday from 9:00 pm to 3:00 pm CT at 417-678-5748. All overnight, 2 day, 3 day and rush package orders placed by 1:00 pm CT on business days (Monday thru Friday) will ship the same day unless an item in the order is not in stock. If this effects your order, we will contact you. Saturday delivery is available (for an additional cost) for overnight orders shipped on Friday. Orders placed via other shipment methods are shipped in the order they are received, usually within 2 business days. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday. There is no minimum order at this time.

Sales Tax - Sales taxes are charged for orders shipping to Missouri only. If you provide a copy of your tax exempt information via fax at 417-678-2759 (fax number), no sales tax will be applied to your order.

Payment - We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover & PayPal.  You may also pay by check or money order. If you are paying by check or money order, the items in your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock. If payment is made by check, we will hold the item(s) for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until the check clears. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks. Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped no more than 3 business days after receipt of payment.

Coupons - Only one coupon may be used per order. Please note that coupons do not apply to items that are already on sale.

Backorders - If you have a backorder, it will ship with no EXTRA freight charge. Backorders totaling under $10.00 or shipping outside the USA will be cancelled and credited back.

Dreamtime Creations, Inc. strives to supply great service and products to our customers. However we maintain the right to refuse service. Refusal of service is NOT BASED ON: race, color, creed, sexual orientation or nationality.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information regarding our products/services on our website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
