These are acrylic or plexiglass rhinestones. Although these are made of plastic, not glass, and don't have the same sparkle as Swarovski stones, the pricing is much more economical. A great choice if you need to save money! A very popular item for costumes of all kinds, since costumes usually require a large amount of rhinestones. 40mm is equal to 1.57480315 inches which is a HUGE rhinestone!
