Acrylic or Plexiglas Rhinestones are a good alternative to Swarovski Rhinestones. Although they are plastic (not glass like Swarovski) and do not have the same shine as Swarovski, acrylic rhinestones are a good choice if cost and/or lead content is a concern. These are cost effective and are very popular for Elvis Costumes. You can glue these on or use these rim sets to attach them. Acrylic Rhinestone shown here in Light Amethyst
