“I logged into my account a month after ordering to see the status, I assumed it had been backordered, but instead I see my order was cancelled. I received no email or phone notification that it was cancelled. After emailing to inquire, the excuse given was that it was damaged from the manufacturer, yet the listing is still posted and they are still accepting orders for it a month later.”
