DESCRIPTION:
This is a sheer pigment powder that I use to make other neon pigment color become sheer. It will thin out everything you mix it with.
It has to be used with other pigment color. It will disappear with a topcoat.
For example, when you do a pink ombré, by mixing white in it will become light pink, when you apply a topcoat, that light pink will become sheer pink, because the white thins it out
HOW TO OMBRE:
- use pigment brush to pick up your neon pigment color, smudge on a paper towel, knock off excess dust, apply on desired area, and start blending
- Mix white pigment with the color you using to lighten it up, continue the blending process.
- Add more white to the pastel pigment to make it even lighter, continue blending until you have perfect ombre.
