Highlight Gel Kolor can be spread thin for sheer effect, gorgeous highlight & shading. You can Ombre or add dimensions to your design.
Highlight Gel Kolor has a lot more coverage than our Milky Gel Kolor and is much lighter than our Pigment base, a perfect compromise in between to fuel your needs.
I use this often in portrait since there are a lot of layers required, it’ll keep your surface flat.
Highlight Gel Kolor can stick to pigment also which is a big plus!!!
