This powder glows best over a Light background.
This powder is best to pour over stained glass gel, it would illuminate the color of stained glass gel.
For example, If I want to paint a pink and blue jellyfish over a black background. I would paint a white silhouette of a jellyfish with pigment base first, cured 60s. Then paint pink & blue stained glass gel on cured white foundation, pour luminous powder over it, then cure.
